Training & Support

Training and Support is provided to each franchisee and their location, not just when your location first opens, but throughout the term of your franchise agreement.  The Corporate Office staff exists to support our franchisees and help maintain a strong system.

For each new franchisee, Initial Training will be provided at our Corporate Office location.  This consists of 35 to 45 hours of classroom and onsite training. We then send a member from our Opening Training Team to assist you as your new store opens.

Once your location opens, we continue to provide on-going training and support.
